WHAT IF YOUR VOUCHER ISN’T HERE?

We do try to bring you new vouchers whenever we can, but it is not always up to us. If the store you wish to shop at has no vouchers available at the moment then we are unable to them. We are always in contact with online stores though and will bring you a new money saving voucher as soon as we can.

IT IS SO EASY TO USE YOUR VOUCHER

1. It is easy to navigate your way around the Charles Tyrwhitt site. Simply browse through the categories and click on any item that you like.
2. Once you have found something that you would like to buy, click on the image, this will allow you to see the item in more detail. If you are happy to order the item, then select your preferred size and colour and then click on ‘ADD TO BAG’.
3. When you choose to add items to your bag it will be updated automatically. When you decide that you have done enough shopping for now, go to the Shopping bag icon in the top right hand corner.
4. Hover over the icon and you will see a summary of your chosen purchases, if it is correct then click on ‘CHECKOUT’.
5. The next page will give you a more detailed list of your purchases. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a box labelled ‘Apply an offer code’. Enter your Voucherbox code in here and click on ‘APPLY’. This will update your order total.
6. Check everything so far and if all is correct, click on ‘SECURE PAYMENT’.
7. Log in if you have an account, or you can continue with your order as a guest. You will need to provide your email address.
8. Enter your name and phone number as requested, and then click on ‘CONTINUE TO DELIVERY’.
9. Enter your delivery details and preferred delivery options, then click on ‘CONTINUE TO BILLING’
10. Provide your payment details as requested.
11. Confirm your order and your new clothing will be with you as soon as possible

IS THE VOUCHER NOT APPLYING A DISCOUNT?

The Voucherbox team are vigilant in checking that all vouchers on the system work properly so there shouldn’t be any problems. If your voucher does not seem to be applying a discount, then it is likely to be because one of two reasons.

Are your purchases covered by the voucher? – Some vouchers specify that not all items are covered, and your selection might include items not included in the voucher T&C’s. Check the voucher’s T&Cs on our site to be sure.

Maybe the voucher has expired – Vouchers generally do not run indefinitely and the one you are trying to use may have gone past its expiry date. Check the details on our Website to be sure.
