It is this easy to use your Dunelm vouchers:

1. The website makes it easy for you to find what you are looking for, and selecting something that you like. Click on an item you like and you will see a selection of close-up images allowing you to get a better look at the product.
2. When you see something you would like to buy, click on ‘Add to basket’ and your order will be updated.
3. When you have finished shopping and you are ready to order, click on the highlighted basket icon in the top right hand corner of the screen. Here you can check your order so far, and choose whether or not you want to collect or arrange for your order to be delivered.
4. On the same page you will see an option to enter your voucher code. Click here, enter your code in the box that pops up and then click ‘Apply voucher’. A discount will be applied to your total order.
5. If you chose to have your order delivered, you will then need to provide your contact and delivery information. Once you have done this, proceed to make your payment.
6. Once you have provided all requested information, confirm the order and your order will be processed as soon as possible.

The voucher doesn’t same to be working?

We are vigilant when it comes to out vouchers and they should all work just fine. If you find one that is not working, there are a couple of very good reasons why this might be.

Does the voucher cover your purchases? – Quite often, some specific items are not covered by a voucher, so check the fine print to see if this is the case. Some vouchers also require you to order above a minimum total amount before the discount is applied, so check the terms and conditions for this also.

Has the voucher expired? – Vouchers do generally have an expiry date, and yours may have expired already. Check the details to check for expiry. If it has expired, we may have some other vouchers on our system you can use instead.
