With a lot of people’s clothes shopping moving online, there is now a number of new things to consider before you place your order. Between delivery fees, returning your order or seeking an exchange, it can be pretty confusing and frustrating to figure out exactly how everything works for your favourite retailers. Adidas is one of the UK’s most popular sportswear brands, which means you’ve likely ordered from them once or twice. Whether you’re looking to use an Adidas voucher code to pick up some new Adidas workout gear, runners or your favourite sports team’s latest kit, here is your Adidas ordering guide.

How much does Adidas Delivery cost?

As one of the world’s biggest sports brands, Adidas offers a number of delivery options for you to take advantage of. Here’s what it costs:

Adidas Standard Delivery

Standard delivery at Adidas takes 1-3 calendar days and costs £3.99. However, for adiClub members, standard delivery is free on all orders. For non-members, you can get free Adidas delivery when you spend over £40. Adidas also offers a standard delivery option to your local Royal Mail post office. This option also takes 1-3 days and costs £3.99.

Adidas Express Delivery

If you need your Adidas order as soon as possible, Adidas also offers an express delivery option. Express delivery at Adidas typically takes 1-2 days depending on what time you order and costs £5.95 per order. If you need your order the next day, make sure to place your order before 7pm on Monday to Saturday or 3:30pm on Sunday.

Adidas Click & Collect

There is also the option to collect your order in your local Adidas store. This process takes 0-5 days depending on whether your item is in stock at your local store. This option is completely free to both adiClub members and non-members.

How do I return an item at Adidas?

We all know that feeling of getting our Adidas order and trying on your new items only to realise they don’t fit or they don’t look the way you wanted them to. Then begins the return process, which can be a bit confusing. Thankfully, returns at Adidas are pretty easy and straightforward. Returns at Adidas are completely free within 30 days of receiving your online order or your in-store purchase. Here’s how to return your order:

Returning your Adidas order by post

  1. Re-package your order in the original package that it arrived in. Ensure your items are all in good condition and that all tags are still attached.

  2. Head to the Adidas website or app to start your return.

  3. If you’re a non-member, you’ll need your e-mail address and order number.

  4. Follow the instructions on-screen to initiate your Adidas return.

  5. Once this is complete, you’ll receive all the details you’ll need to drop-off your return.

Returning your Adidas order in-store

If you purchased your item in-store, you can only return your item in-store. However, you can also return your online order in-store. Returning your order in-store could not be easier. If you’d like to make a return in your local Adidas store, you don’t need to do anything online. Simply head to your Adidas store with the items you’d like to return. Make sure the items are in good condition with the tags still attached and make sure to have your order number, which you can find on your confirmation email.

Can I exchange my Adidas order?

Although your item may not be perfect, you might not want to simply return it. If you’d simply like to swap sizes for a better fit or feel that you’d prefer the item in a different colour, you can exchange your Adidas order. Similar to their return policy, Adidas offers free exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your order.

Adidas Exchange by Post

If you ordered online or via the app, you can exchange your item via post. Similar to the returns process, you need to head online or via the app to initiate your exchange. Enter your order details and follow the instructions on-screen. Once you’ve notified Adidas of your desire to exchange your item, you have 5 days to drop-off your package.

Adidas Exchange in-Store

Another option for those looking to exchange an item from their Adidas order is to head to their local Adidas store. If you ordered your item via click and collect or bought the item in-store, this is your only option for Adidas exchange.
